   <textarea name="description" rows="12" cols="85" wrap="virtual" readonly>Abstract: The current criteria for AD requires a diagnosis of dementia  to make the neuropathological diagnosis of AD the new criteria relieve  this requirement since the clincal diagnosis of AD no longer will  require full dementia. We want to sort out, in cases well validated  clinically and neuropathologically, what the the conditional  probability of cognitive impairment for a given plaque/tangle  combination is. </textarea>
